This is a code-backed explanation of BookYourFerry checkout plus explicitly attributed team confirmation, not a new operator tariff, tax or cancellation-policy verification. ## What to compare Search the actual route, travel date, class and passenger group. Use the final payable amount: **selected fare + displayed Port Service Fee + applicable fuel surcharge − applied discounts**. A historical headline fare is not a current offer or an annual minimum. No operator, class or early-morning departure is guaranteed cheapest for every date. Seasonal prices may already be reflected in the selected fare; do not add a historical surcharge again. ## Fee identity and checkout configuration Checked against BookYourFerry checkout configuration on 16 September 2026: - **Port Service Fee:** Rs 50 per ticket, a government fee levied by the Port Authority. Our private checkout includes it per passenger, per leg. - **Fuel surcharge:** Makruzz Rs 325, Nautika Rs 325, ITT Majestic Rs 325 and Green Ocean Rs 300 per passenger, per leg. - **GST:** Point-to-point public passenger ferry transport between the Andaman Islands is GST-exempt; this does not establish the tax treatment of separately supplied services or tourism/cruise packages.
