Send an email to info@bookyourferry.com with your PNR and the passenger names to cancel. Cancellations are processed by email only and confirmed by email within 24 hours. Charges depend on the scheduled departure time; see our cancellation policy.

For BYF bookings: more than 48 hours before departure, Rs 250 per person per ticket; between 48 and 24 hours, 50% of the total ticket cost; within 24 hours, no cancellation is allowed (100% charge). Convenience fees are non-refundable, and GST is refunded proportionally only where it was actually charged. See our cancellation policy for the full conditions.

Refunds go back to your original payment method: 7 to 10 working days for cards and net banking, and 3 to 5 working days for UPI and wallets, according to our published cancellation policy.

For BYF bookings, rescheduling with the same operator costs Rs 150 per person, subject to availability and any fare difference, and must be requested by email at least 6 hours before departure. A ticket can only be rescheduled once; after that it cannot be cancelled or changed again. Changing operators requires cancellation and rebooking under our cancellation policy.

For BYF bookings, our published policy offers a 100% refund including all fees or rescheduling to the next available ferry at no extra cost when the operator cancels. Contact support to arrange your choice; replacement seats are subject to availability.
